Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING POLICY


U.S. Shipping:

 

Orders are typically shipped within 12-24 hours from the time you place an order. However, in a few situations shipping may take longer. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped inside the United States and are processed by USPS First-Class Mail, USPS First-Class Package Service or FedEx Ground. All orders are shipped from Nevada. Allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Free shipping applies for all retail orders and does not apply to wholesale or international shipments.

 

For expedited orders, please refer to your shipping options during the check out process. Expedited fees will apply.

 

International Orders:

 

Unfortunately, at this time International shipments are not available. However, please contact us and we will notify as soon as this service is operational.


RETURN POLICY


At Legacy Aromatics, LLC, we strive at providing the highest quality products and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. 

 

Returns process and approval:

 

Something not quite right? If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Legacy Aromatics product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days of purchase. Fill out the form Return Request form to start the process and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be reviewed.

 

Approved product returns:

 

Returns on all new unopened products within ninety (90) Days. Legacy Aromatics, LLC will refund 100% of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if paid) no questions asked with an unopened or unused product that is returned.

 

Returns on Open/Used Products within ninety (90) Days. Legacy Aromatics, LLC will refund 50%-100% of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if paid) depending on the use of products that are returned. 

Return of damaged products will be exchanged if the returned products were received by the purchaser in damaged condition or were incorrectly sent. Such products must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Returned products will be replaced with undamaged products. Some items may have a modified return policy.

 

Items that are opened or damaged MAY be denied a refund or exchange if:

1 - Labeling has been altered or damaged
2 - The product does not contain current label
3 - Products are seasonal and out of the season
4 – Item is discontinued, limited time offers, or special promotional products

 

Please note that bundled items need to be returned with all items for a refund. Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned in its entirety.

 

Refund options:

 

At Legacy Aromatics, LLC discretion they may determine the acceptable refund for product returns, including but not limited to the following:

1.       Gift Certificate

2.      Online store credit

3.      Charge back on credit card

4.     Check

The actual form of refund will be based upon the form of payment. Refunds will only be paid to the original purchaser.

 

Returning Your Purchase:

To return a qualifying Legacy Aromatics, LLC purchase, you will need your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Mail your product return via USPS to the address provided with your RMA#.
